Privacy policy
The short version: what you type into this site stays in your browser. We don't have accounts, forms or a database. The site is funded by advertising, and our advertising partners use cookies, which this page explains.
Who we are
This site is run by Mark, in Australia. You can contact us at [email protected] about anything on this page.
What you type
Numbers, numerals and dates you enter into the converter, date tool, tattoo preview and clock face generator are processed entirely in your own browser. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, and they aren't stored. Downloaded PNG and SVG files are created on your device.
What we collect
- Nothing you give us directly, unless you email us. If you do, we use your email only to reply, and don't share it.
- Anonymous visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and broad details such as country and browser without cookies and without identifying you.
- Technical logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic connection information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
What's stored on your device
- Your light or dark mode choice, if you use the switch, is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
- Advertising cookies, described below.
All fonts, images and code are served from this site, so loading a page doesn't contact font or code services elsewhere.
Advertising and cookies
This site shows ads provided by Google AdSense to cover its running costs.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can opt out of some other vendors' personalised advertising at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you'll be asked for your consent before personalised ads or advertising cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time through the privacy link shown with that message. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalised.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The converters and tools work without them.
Children
This site includes material for students, but it isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. The tools work without anyone entering personal details.
Links to other sites
Our guides link to other websites, such as Wikimedia Commons for photo credits. Their privacy practices are their own.
Your choices and rights
Because we don't hold personal information about visitors, there's usually nothing for us to show, correct or delete. If you've emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or you have any privacy question or complaint, contact [email protected]. If you're in Australia and aren't satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, for example by adding new services, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
